I am currently trying to lose weight but not really starving myself. I’m just trying to return to my old weight back in 2002. I eat alright but not into binging anymore or eating 4 cups of rice in one seating Tokyo Tokyo. Yes, you read it right. I can eat 8 servings or 4 cups of rice in just one seating!!! I just binge when attending a birthday party or some occasion. But now, I battle with myself into weighing less as I regress to my old self. I’m avoiding junkfoods right now and doing more physical activity. Back in 2001 I was only at 97 lbs. It’s still considered as normal weight for a 5-ft female. Below is my progress. I don’t have a timeline but I think December is a good target. Wish me luck!
