HELP TYPHOON PEDRING AND QUIEL RELIEF EFFORTS
Let us all help and support typhoon relief efforts of government troops, social welfare institutions and non-governments organizations in areas most afflicted by recent typhoons in Luzon.
Black Pencil Project Org, in response to the multi-sectoral call for help and assistance for the victims of Typhoon Pedring and Quiel, had created a list of relief drive and efforts in typhoon-stricken communities in Central and Northern Luzon.
