134Linksys WRT300N and WMP300N Connection Test

Checking my old emails from work, I discovered this lab report from an experiment we conducted on the aforementioned Linksys router and wireless adapter. This was circa 2006 with Team Chelsea

Laboratory Results
This is what we have found out last night. Although there is internet connection on the wireless computer, try to notice the connection speed from what the WLAN displays:
Devices:
router:WRT300N
wireless:1/XP with WMP300N
Router Wireless Setup
SSID:Chelsea
Security: WPA Personal
Wireless Connection Speed according to WLAN monitor
Scenario 1:
If the router’s Channel:Auto
Speed = 130 MBPS
Scenario 2:
If the router’s Channel:Standard
Speed = 130 MBPS
Scenario 3:
If the router’s Channel:Wide
Speed = 270 MBPS
If the WMP200N connects wirelessly to an SRX200, it will only get 54MBPS connection.
