I would say it's human's survival instinct. Sometimes a girl can truly understand herself if she is in a certain situation that nobody can really help her. And the only way she can move out of that situation is to use any means to survive even if she hurt other people in the process. I agree with you, we learn from our mistakes and grow from it. It pays to be independent and mature enough to handle responosibilies in life. But let us not forget too that we are never islands without bridges. We can not live alone in this world, we need others too. We are capable only to certain extent to see, know, and understand ourselves. Unfortunately we need other people to help us see what we do not. Thanks and LOL.
