Woke up after 12 hours of sleep…why? I had a graveyard shift last night. It was the first night the analysts handled live calls and we assessed their calls right away. It was so tiring. I’m confused. Don’t know where to begin. I don’t even know what to do next. You see, I’m in a new account. There are new things to set with information overload. Make new reports. My schedule changes too fast and I can’t confirm an appointment on a weekday right away for I have to check if it will conflict with my training. I can’t even check my email at work. Not that I’m complaining, it’s just the way it is right now.

All of the technical analysts came from my previous account called Supportrix. We are now under a new account and it is technical as well but with well-defined support scope. No sales pitching at all. These are my classmates in the training and some are in my blogroll too. They are Ruthie, Curly and Mox.
